Collective Care: Moving Beyond Self Care to Consider Organisational Culture & Practices

Join us for this 4.5-hour online workshop facilitated by Carolyn Cousins.

This training is designed for NFP leaders, managers, and community sector workers committed to building psychologically safe, sustainable workplaces.

Collective care asks us to look beyond individual self-care and toward the cultures and practices that shape our workplaces.

This workshop recognises the important shift toward employer responsibility in creating psychologically safe workplaces. It moves beyond framing burnout and vicarious trauma as individual failings or the result of insufficient self-care, and instead explores organisational and collective approaches that support long-term sustainability in community work. Participants will be invited to consider how organisational culture, systems, and shared responsibility can better support the wellbeing of those doing this vital work.

This training is a joint collaboration with CI Group and LCSA. Please include their logo in humanitix and flyer.

This session is free of charge, made possible through the collaboration between CI Group and LCSA.

Spaces are limited, so if you are unable to attend, please email Community Industry Group @ admin@cigroup.org.au or call us on (02) 4256 4333 as soon as possible. This training comes with a non-attendance guarantee of $50.00.
