Community Industry Group is proud to be part of the ISLHD Homelessness Health Program.
The ISLHD Homelessness Health Program provides brokerage and/or case management to people who are:
Over 18 years of age
Homeless or at risk of homelessness (tenancy at risk)
Have a current connection with the NSW health system
Live in the Illawarra or Shoalhaven
We also provide advocacy for clients to Government Departments and NGO’s as well as education programs e.g. hoarding and squalor training.
